How do I choose the right ultrasound image?

Can my Baby Charm be engraved or personalised?

Yes. You can add your baby’s name(s), surname, birthday, birthplace or anything else that’s special to you. Just write it in the “Add a note to your order” box after adding the necklace to your cart.

Can I put two ultrasounds on one necklace (twins or siblings)?

Yes. You can choose two ultrasounds on one side of the pendant, or one on each side with our double-sided option.

Which metals are available?

Your charm can be made in 925 sterling silver, 18k gold plated brass, or solid 14k or 18k gold.

925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver mixed with a small amount of copper and zinc for strength.

18k gold plated brass: brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. We electroplate it with a layer of 18k yellow gold and add a protective PU coating. Because brass has a warm golden colour, the charm still looks beautiful even if the plating gets scratched.

Solid gold: pure gold is too soft for everyday jewellery, so it is mixed with other metals. 14k yellow gold is 58.5% gold, 12.6% silver, 25.4% copper and 3.5% zinc. 18k yellow gold is 75.2% gold, 12.1% silver, 10.8% copper and 2.1% zinc.

Which chains do you offer?

The chain matches your charm: 925 sterling silver or gold plated silver. You can also choose a leather cord instead.

How do I take care of my Baby Charm?

Like any jewellery you wear every day, your necklace can lose its shine over time. Keep it dry, away from skincare and perfume, and store it safely when you’re not wearing it. With good care it will look like new for years. Read our full care guide.

How long does it take to receive my order, and what does shipping cost?

Every Baby Charm is made to order, just for you. We design your charm from your image within 2 business days, and making it takes up to 3 weeks. Every order is packed by us in the Netherlands and fits through the letterbox.

Shipping is free and tracked worldwide. Delivery takes 2–7 business days in Europe and 6–14 business days to the rest of the world.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you the tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Can I return my order?

Because every necklace is made to order from your own image, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. If you’re not happy with your necklace, please email us at info@babycharm.store and we’ll do our best to help.
